Both Phil & Patricia are the 2012 Award of Distinction recipients. They have been recognized by Ontario DanceSport (ODS - Ontario’s amateur association) for their outstanding contribution to dancesport!! They are Chairman of Judges, judge world championships, judge Canadian championships, judge all big four provinces’ provincial championships and local competitions. They are Undefeated Ontario Standard Champions, Ontario Ten Dance Champions and Ontario Amateur Latin bronze medalist. Phil and Patricia frequently help out at various events and is a big supporter of events with a charitable cause. They have been featured in newspapers, dance and other professional magazines.

The 2012 Annual General Meeting will be held on November 4, 2012.
This year 4 Director Positions will be open. Any member who has been an Active Member at any time between September 1, 2011 and August 31, 2012 may be nominated for one of those positions.
Nominations must be returned to the Secretary, Liz Pastorek by July 31, 2012.

Congratulations to our DCBS TPA location dance teacher, Patricia Goh. Patricia was one of the 9 judges and the only Canadian judge selected to adjudicate the World Latin Championships in Paris, France. She was also selected to represent the world judges to recite the opening ceremony adjudicator's oath as seen in the photo.
